How does Aculert work? What is it?
n Once
you enroll in Aculert, you are sent a simple questionnaire that
permits
you to list your:
● Medical Conditions, Medications, Allergies
● Emergency contact listing - who you want called during an emergency
● Doctor's name and phone, insurance info and your hospital
● You may also provide copies of your advance directive, DNR, or other
special notes of documents that may be important to those
who
may later
treat you.
n This information is then accessible by emergency responders and
hospital emergency rooms should it ever become
necessary.
